We know that many of our congregation and supporters have not been able to attend our Christmas services this year, so we do hope you enjoy our Service of Nine Lessons and Carols, recorded yesterday evening in a safe and socially-distanced manner. A retiring offering was held for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) Afghanistan Crisis Appeal.
We are delighted to announce that The Reverend Scott M Rennie, MA, BD, STM, FRSA (currently Parish Minister at Queen’s Cross Church, Aberdeen), preached as Sole Nominee on Sunday 5th December 2021 and was duly elected and appointed as Minister Elect. There was spontaneous applause from the Kirk Session and congregation gathered as the Declaration of the Election Result was announced and we are hugely excited to be embarking on this new chapter with Scott.
