Our Harvest Festival service will be held on Sunday 9 October. Once again this year we are asking you to bring gifts of food or money to support the Westminster Food Bank, based at Westminster Chapel. At the service a volunteer from the Westminster Food Bank will give a testimony about his/her experience.

The Food Bank publishes a list of items which are acceptable, and this will be circulated with the church notices nearer the time of the Harvest Festival. Items should be unopened and undamaged and have a “best before” date at least three months away.

This service will be held on Saturday 15 October at 11:30 am to remember and give thanks for family, friends and loved ones who have been part of our lives but are now no longer with us.

During the service we will give thanks for all that made them special and we will remember each by name. If you would like to include any family member, friend or loved one, please give their names to the church administrator. There will also be an opportunity to view the Book of Remembrance at the back of the church, and to arrange for an entry to be made if desired.

After the service, all are welcome to join us for some light refreshments in the church hall.
